Harper's Table

Established by acclaimed Chef Harper Bradshaw, Harper’s Table proudly serves locally sourced Southern cuisine in the heart of Suffolk, Virginia. Repurposed wood from a nearby peanut factory combines with concrete and steel in a crisp cosmopolitan style. Harper offers a menu showcasing local produce at its peak, freshly caught seafood from the Bay, and the highest quality meats from nearby farms.

We placed a heavy emphasis on materials and drew inspiration from the physical space, particularly the early 1900s mural that was uncovered in construction. The mark itself is a table and chair, crafted to resemble both a maker’s mark and a branding iron. The accompanying typography and color palette were inspired by the mural.
